TERMS OF SALE
C.O.D. Account: Company check, MaterCard and Visa are accepted. No personal checks.
Open Credit Account: Net 30 terms due 30 days from invoice date. To have an open account, a completed application form must be submitted (available from A-1 Dist). Incomplete forms will be returned. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for credit approval. An invoice is mailed upon each sale. An account statement is mailed out at the end of each month.
Past Due Accounts: Delinquent accounts may be placed on C.O.D. status indefinitely or credit hold.
Returned Checks: A $25.00 fee is charged for each returned check.
Net Terms Discount: A-1 Distributing does not offer any kind of a Net Term Discount.
A-1 Distributing “Wholesale Price” is available only to qualified customers who purchase and market these items for resale to the consumer. Possession of this Price List does not allow the holder to buy at the prices listed.
Special Price Quotes and Quantity Discounts are available. Contact you’re A-1 Distributing Salesperson for more information.
All prices are subject to change without notice. A-1 Distributing is not responsible for pricing errors.
Non-stock items may be special ordered. Special order items are non-returnable. Payment in advance may be required. Freight from the manufacturer will be an additional charge unless the item arrives with a regularly scheduled Stock Order. Standard discounts may not apply to non-stock special ordered items.
FREE DELIVERY AND FREIGHT
Free Daily Delivery: Available to most destinations in Utah’s Wasatch Front. Contact Customer Service for current route schedules and cut off times. A minimum order amount may be required to qualify for Free Delivery. To qualify for Free Delivery your account status must be in good and current standing.
Free Freight Programs: Available to most destinations not covered by Free Daily Delivery. Free freight is allowed for all or a portion of freight charges based on minimum order amounts, ranging from $199 to $1250 depending on the destination. Ask Customer Service for current minimum order requirements. Items including Bed Liners, Bed Mats, Undercovers and Liquid Transfer Tanks may be subject to a surcharge when shipped with a Free Freight order. A-1 Distributing reserves the right to use a carrier of their choice when shipping a Free Freight order under Net 30 Terms.
All other orders will be shipped freight collect or with freight-added. To qualify for Free Freight your account status must be in good and current standing under Net 30 Terms.
IN TRANSIT DAMAGE AND SHORTAGES
Inspect all merchandise upon delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier to deliver goods intact and good condition. Therefore, all in-transit damage and lost freight must be made directly against the carrier and should be reported immediately.
Within shipment shortages must be reported to A-1 distributing the same day.
STOCK ADJUSTMENTS AND NEW RETURNS
Product in new and saleable condition may be returned for credit within one year of original date of purchase.
Stock returns may not exceed 5% of customer’s previous 12-month purchases.
A 25% restocking fee may be assessed and/or an offsetting order may be required.
Stock Return Procedure: To be eligible for return, items must be in new and saleable condition with original packaging intact.
The purpose/reason for return and original invoice number must be reported to A-1 Distributing prior to issuance of a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA#). AN RMA# IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
Upon issuance of an RMA#, defective goods may be returned to A-1 Distributing for inspection. A-1 Distributing does not pay freight charges on returned material.
Upon inspection of returned material, A-1 Distributing will issue credit accordingly.
All products sold are covered only by Manufacturer’s stated warranty and may be returned for credit only if the defect can be attributed to the manufacturing process. Freight damage is not covered under warranty.
Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages.
Warranty Return Procedure: The reason for return and original invoice number must be reported to A-1 Distributing prior to issuance of RMA #. RMA # IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
Upon issuance of a RMA#, defective goods may be returned to A-1 Distributing for inspection. A-1 Distributing does not pay freight charges on returned goods.
Upon inspection of returned goods, A-1 Distributing will issue credit accordingly.
